Actions:
- maintain the strength of the capillaries
- anticoagulant
- may prevent strokes
- linked to all vitamin C functions and considered to be part of the vitamin C complex
- beneficial in hypertension, respiratory infections, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, all
hemorrhaging, eczema and psoriasis, cirrhosis, radiation sickness, coronary thrombosis,
atherosclerosis
Deficiency:
- blue spots on skin, diminished vitamin C activity and susceptibilty to above mentioned
conditions
