Online Store - Ordering

Keeping your personal information private is very important to us. When you create an account on PURICA.com or sign up to our email newsletter, we do ask you for your first and last name, your e-mail address, a password. We store this information on a secure server and it is used to shorten your login process. The only time a third-party would ever see this information is when they are performing functions on our behalf, like our website host, email platform, and credit card payment processing. You can apply your promo code in your shopping cart where the box asks for your ‘Coupon Code’. Enter it in the box and click apply.

No. The code you were provided is not able to be used in conjunction with any other offers.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept Visa Debit Cards at this time. Orders are subject to review. Your purchase from PURICA will show on your Credit Card statement as PURICA – THE NUTRACEUTICAL

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible so please contact us immediately after placing your order if you have changed your mind. If we can catch your order before it goes to our warehouse, we may be able to change or cancel it.

Shipping

If you placed an order on an item and didn’t receive it and there is a zero amount on your invoice next to that item, you weren’t charged for it. At this time we don’t send out backorders and you will need to reorder once the item becomes available again on our eStore (It will show as available on the product page).

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in Canada. (after all discounts and promotions are applied). We do not offer free shipping on international orders.

We mail via Canada Post.

At this time we only ship within Canada and the US

Yes we mail to PO boxes.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Canada Post with Tracking information.

Returns

Please email shop@purica.com with your name, phone number, picture of the product and order confirmation number and we’d be happy to send out a replacement to you (shipping and handling on us!)
